AN ACT REPEALING THE SALES TAX ON CAR WASH SERVICES AND COIN-OPERATED CAR WASHES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the sales tax on car wash services and coin-operated car washes.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the sales tax on car wash services and coin-operated car washes.
