AN ACT DESIGNATING GUSTAVE WHITEHEAD'S NUMBER 21 AS THE STATE PIONEERING AIRCRAFT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 33 of the general statutes be amended to designate Gustave Whitehead's Number 21 as the state pioneering aircraft.
Statement of Purpose:
To further honor Gustave Whitehead as the father of manned, power-controlled flight.
