| 28 | 28 | That chapter 801a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the Probate Court Administrator shall, within available appropriations, establish a mechanism within the Probate Court system to provide for the mediation of disputes arising between a housing authority and a tenant, and that such mechanism shall ensure that a tenant is permitted to address housing climate issues without fear of retaliation from the housing authority. | |
