AN ACT PERMITTING THE HEALTH CARE CABINET TO STUDY AND RECOMMEND METHODS TO CREATE A HEALTH CARE COST GROWTH TARGET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-725 of the general statutes be amended to permit the Health Care Cabinet to study and recommend methods to create a health care cost growth target.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to health care.
