AN ACT PERMITTING THE HEALTH CARE CABINET TO STUDY AND RECOMMEND METHODS TO SET OR CAP HOSPITAL RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-725 be amended to permit the Health Care Cabinet to study and recommend methods to set or cap hospital rates.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to health care.
