| 30 | 30 | That chapter 242 of the general statutes be amended to (1) require the Commissioner of Transportation to submit a report to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation not later than July 1, 2017, and biannually thereafter, regarding information about the Hartford-New Britain Busway, including ridership and utilization, revenue and cost of operation and maintenance; (2) require the first report submitted to provide such information on a monthly basis since the busway began operations; and (3) prohibit the commissioner from expanding such busway without the approval of each chamber of the General Assembly. | |
