AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPAIR FACILITIES OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to permit an automobile dealer to construct a suitable facility to engage in repairing motor vehicles that is located across the street from the dealership facility instead of requiring that such suitable facility abut the dealership facility.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit an automobile dealer to construct a repair facility that is located across the street from the dealership facility.
