AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLASSIFICATION OF STATUTES AND PENALTIES FOR ILLEGAL DISTRIBUTION OF DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to reclassify statutes and penalties for the illegal distribution of drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To reclassify drug dealing statutes and penalties.
