AN ACT EXEMPTING MODEL YEAR 1999 OR OLDER MOTOR VEHICLES FROM EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (c) of section 14-164c of the general statutes be amended to exempt model year 1999 or older motor vehicles from emissions standards and inspections.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt model year 1999 or older motor vehicles from emissions standards and inspections.
