AN ACT CONCERNING SERVICES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-41 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to enter into agreements with contractors to issue licenses and motor vehicle registrations and provide transfer of ownership services.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the use of contractors to provide services currently performed by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
