AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A PROGRAM ON SICKLE CELL ANEMIA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to permit the Department of Public Health to create a program concerning sickle cell anemia.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote public health.
