AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to consider (1) the taxable status of emergency medical services providers, and (2) any sources of revenue that emergency medical services providers receive from municipalities when setting the maximum allowable rate for services.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand emergency medical services.
