3030 AN ACT REQUIRING AN ULTRASOUND PROCEDURE PRIOR TO THE TERMINATION OF A PREGNANCY.

3232 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3434 That the general statutes be amended to require a health care provider to administer an ultrasound procedure for the health benefit of the patient prior to engaging in any procedure that will terminate such patient's pregnancy.
