AN ACT ELIMINATING THE TAX ON A HOSPITAL'S NET PATIENT REVENUE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263b of the general statutes be repealed to eliminate the tax on a hospital's net patient revenue.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide assistance to state hospitals and lower health care costs.
