AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WAIVER OF THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 217 of the general statutes be amended to establish a waiver of the estate tax in exchange for the making or pledging of certain charitable contributions.
Statement of Purpose:
To incentivize charitable contributions.
