| 28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) no operator of a hotel, motel or similar lodging shall offer an hourly rate for any sleeping accommodation maintained by such hotel, motel or similar lodging, and (2) the operator of a hotel, motel or similar lodging shall require that a person procuring any sleeping accommodation at such hotel, motel or similar lodging shall, at the time of occupancy of the sleeping accommodation, provide positive proof of identification to the operator. | |
