2424 AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN FEDERAL AND PRIVATE GRANTS TO THE STATE.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to require legislative approval for any federal or private grant to the state when such grant (1) is multi-year, (2) decreases in amount over time, and (3) results in an increasing cost to the state to sustain the program or service being funded.
