AN ACT CONCERNING DUPLICATIVE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to merge certain administrative functions of the municipality and the board of education of such municipality, including, but not limited to, human resources and finance.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide cost savings to municipalities by permitting the merger of duplicative administrative functions.
