2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That section 17b-342 of the general statutes be amended to (1) decrease the percentage Connecticut home-care program participants must pay for their care, and (2) to expand asset limits for such program to forty thousand dollars for individuals and sixty-five thousand dollars for married couples.
