| 28 | 28 | That the general statutes be amended to require any third-party nonprofit community access provider to, upon request from any town within its service territory, provide written consent for the town to: | |

| 30 | 30 | (1) Operate education and government public access channels in that town; and | |

| 32 | 32 | (2) Engage freely and directly with the community antenna television company providing services in such town to use their headend equipment for dissemination of town-specific community access programming on such channels. | |
