AN ACT REQUIRING RETROACTIVE MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT FOR ELIGIBLE HOME CARE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require retroactive reimbursement for eligible Medicaid costs for home care in accordance with federal law.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide Medicaid coverage retroactively for eligible home care clients in accordance with federal law.
