AN ACT DECREASING THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-700 of the general statutes be amended to decrease the rates of tax imposed under said section to a maximum of four and one-half per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief by decreasing the personal income tax rates to a maximum of four and one-half per cent.
