AN ACT CONCERNING THE TIME LIMIT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION HEARINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part V of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to restrict the length of special education hearings to a maximum of three days.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce special education mandates on school districts.
