AN ACT PROVIDING ACCESS TO PRESCRIPTION BRANDS THAT ARE MEDICALLY NECESSARY FOR PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH EPILEPSY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide access to prescription brands that are medically necessary for the treatment of persons diagnosed with epilepsy.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide access to prescription drug brands that are medically necessary for the treatment of persons diagnosed with epilepsy.
