3838 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

4040 That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to expand the childhood immunization registry and tracking system to include children's immunizations up to the age of eighteen and to require every child health care provider to report such system information regarding his or her vaccination of children up to the age of eighteen.
