AN ACT REGULATING SOBER HOMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the regulations of sober homes and provide strong support for those recovering from substance abuse and addiction.
Statement of Purpose:
To regulate sober homes.
