AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICARE FRAUD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to improve the verification and tracking of health care professionals to prevent Medicare fraud in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce Medicare fraud.
