AN ACT RAISING THE AGE FOR THE PURCHASE OF ALL TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO TWENTY-ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the age for the purchase of all tobacco products to twenty-one years of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the age for the purchase of all tobacco products.
