AN ACT CONCERNING CONVENING SPECIAL TOWN MEETINGS BY APPLICATION OF INHABITANTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase the number of inhabitants required on an application to invoke a special town meeting.

Statement of Purpose: 

To increase the number of inhabitants required on an application to invoke a special town meeting.
