AN ACT CONCERNING EARLY RELEASE CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 18-98e of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person charged with a violent offense from earning risk reduction early release credits.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit convicted violent offenders from receiving early release from prison.
