AN ACT CONCERNING THE GROSS RECEIPTS TAX ON HOSPITALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal the gross receipts tax on hospitals.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide tax relief and lower health care costs by eliminating the tax burden on hospitals.
