AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY CRANE INSPECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 539 of the general statutes be amended to permit the Department of Administrative Services to hire temporary crane inspectors to perform inspections of cranes and hoisting equipment.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Administrative Services to hire temporary crane inspectors to perform inspections on a timely basis.
