AN ACT CONCERNING PERIODIC INSPECTIONS OF PUBLIC TRANSIT BUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-163c of the general statutes be amended to include, for purposes of the inspection requirements in said section, transit buses owned or operated by municipalities or transit districts.
Statement of Purpose:
To require vehicles that provide public transportation to be inspected just as intrastate and interstate bus companies are inspected.
