AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS FOR INTERSTATE ROUTES 84 AND 91 IN THE HARTFORD REGION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to coordinate efforts to construct tunnels for Interstate Routes 84 and 91 in the Hartford region by utilizing funds as may be available from federal, state or municipal sources and any other funds from any public or private source.
Statement of Purpose:
