AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TUNNELS FOR INTERSTATE ROUTES 84 AND 91 IN THE HARTFORD REGION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage): If federal funds become available to the state, the Department of Transportation may consider using such funds to construct tunnels for Interstate Routes 84 and 91 in the Hartford region.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To allow the Department of Transportation to consider using federal funds to construct tunnels for Interstate Routes 84 and 91 in the Hartford region if such funds become available.
