AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BROWNFIELDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide incentives for businesses to remediate and develop brownfields.
Statement of Purpose:
To revitalize brownfields in the state.
