AN ACT ESTABLISHING FINES FOR PERSONS WHO HARASS OR INTERFERE WITH SERVICE ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish fines for any person who harasses or interferes with a service animal.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect service animals and the persons they assist.
