AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF HERBICIDES ALONG STATE HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of herbicides along state highways
Statement of Purpose:
To protect pollinators by prohibiting the use of herbicides along state highways.
