28 | 28 | That a task force be established to examine the overuse of the family court system in cases where one party has no access to legal representation. The task force shall examine issues that include, but are not limited to, whether (1) overuse of the family court system results in decisions based upon economics as opposed to what is in the best interest of the family unit, and (2) domestic violence victims are subject to additional abuse as a result by an overuse of the family court system by a perpetrator of domestic violence. | |
