AN ACT REQUIRING STATE GROUP HOMES TO COMPLY WITH MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND ZONING REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all state group homes to comply with all planning and zoning requirements of the municipality in which they are located.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all state group homes to comply with local planning and zoning requirements.
