AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO FUND FIRE TRAINING SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sufficient funds be appropriated to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to fund state and regional fire training schools.
Statement of Purpose:
To appropriate funds to train firefighters and increase public safety.
