AN ACT CONCERNING MOTOR VEHICLE ESCROW SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit any new or used car dealer who arranges retail financing for a purchaser of a motor vehicle to arrange an escrow account for the payment of such purchaser's taxes and insurance.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit new or used car dealers to arrange escrow accounts for the payment of taxes and insurance.
