AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROGRAM APPROVAL PROCESS FOR PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to review and evaluate the process for the approval of new programs offered at public institutions of higher education.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the efficiency and appropriateness of the program approval process at institutions of higher education.
