AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN IMMIGRANTS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish civil rights and meaningful access to education, health and housing for Connecticut's immigrant communities.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an immigrants' bill of rights.
