AN ACT CONCERNING JUDGE TRAINING ON SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all judges of the Superior Court attend training provided by outside experts on sexual assault and domestic violence.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that all judges of the Superior Court attend trainings from outside experts on sexual assault and domestic violence.
