AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of the procedural process used by the Board of Mediation and Arbitration.
Statement of Purpose:
To examine the procedural process used by the Board of Mediation and Arbitration.
