AN ACT APPLYING THE STATE PERSONNEL ACT TO QUASI-PUBLIC AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 12 of the general statutes be amended to apply the provisions of chapter 67 of the general statutes to quasi-public agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To apply the provisions of the State Personnel Act to quasi-public agencies.
