AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE REMEDIAL ACTION AND REDEVELOPMENT MUNICIPAL GRANT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of _____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Economic and Community Development, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, for the purpose of providing funding for the remedial action and redevelopment municipal grant program, established pursuant to section 32-763 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding for brownfield remediation projects.
