AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS INCUBATOR PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That three hundred thousand dollars in Department of Transportation moneys for the purpose of participating in a certain federal study on a tax based on vehicle miles traveled be instead appropriated to fund the small business incubator program described in section 32-7f of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To reallocate moneys for the purpose of studying a mileage tax to instead fund the small business incubator program within the Department of Economic and Community Development.
