AN ACT CREATING A ONE-STOP PERMITTING PROCESS FOR BUSINESS PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a one-stop process for businesses in the state to obtain necessary permits issued by the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline state licensing and regulation of businesses by creating a one-stop process for state business permits.
